Join The Fruitful Fig + Care & Company for a relaxed, interactive workshop all about living a little more intentionally.
Whether you’re just beginning to explore sustainable living or already making changes and looking for new ideas, this workshop is designed to help you find realistic ways to make a positive impact — without the pressure to do everything perfectly.
We’ll start by discussing what intentional living means to you. Then through an interactive activity, real-life examples and open conversation, we’ll explore changes you can make across different areas of everyday life — from food, cleaning and personal care to clothing, shopping, books, home and community. We’ll look at everything from simple swaps you can make today to bigger changes you may want to work toward over time.
We’ll also talk about reducing waste and plastic use, reusing what you already own, shopping secondhand and local, the financial side of sustainable choices, and how our everyday spending can impact both the environment and our local community.
And because there’s no single “right” way to live sustainably, we’ll talk about the tradeoffs too. The goal isn’t perfection — it’s figuring out which changes make sense for your life and the things that matter most to you.
You’ll also get a hands-on introduction to low-waste shopping including a refill demonstration and different container options.
Your ticket includes:
• 90-minute interactive workshop
• Intentional living activity + practical take-home ideas
• Refill demonstration & shop tour
• Discussion & Q&A
• Build-your-own starter kit valued at $20+
For your starter kit, you’ll choose from a selection of refills and sustainable goods so you can leave with products that actually fit your goals and lifestyle.
